Thais Andrade

Thais Andrade is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading product activation and operations, particularly in the retail and veterinary sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product Activation at Welltech since July 2025, Thais previously held multiple pivotal roles at Petco, including Lead Product Manager for Customer Experience and Product Operations, and Senior Product Manager for Vet Services and Insurance. Thais has a proven track record of enhancing customer journeys and developing innovative platforms, such as Petco’s Vet Marketplace and a direct-to-consumer pet insurance platform. Additionally, Thais has experience as Head of Product at Akewatu, a surfing marketplace, and has a background in digital marketing and content creation from positions at various companies including Moving Girls and VF Corporation. Thais holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is currently pursuing an AI Product Management Specialization at Duke University.
