Yuliia Malko is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications and Culture at Welltech. Previously, Yuliia held key roles at Mondelez International, where they directed communications across Eastern Europe and managed the Process Excellence Program, and at Philip Morris International, where they focused on employee engagement during the company’s transition to a smoke-free future. With a background spanning FMCG, finance, NGOs, and tech, Yuliia is dedicated to crafting impactful communications that enhance both business outcomes and employee well-being. They hold a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Kyiv National Economics University and have pursued further education in commercial diplomacy and employee behavior change.
