Alison Weinberger

Alison Weinberger is a dedicated social worker and care coordinator with extensive experience in health and social services. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Wellthy since October 2021, Alison previously worked as a Social Worker at the Centre hospitalier Richardson of CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, where responsibilities included conducting psychosocial evaluations and coordinating patient discharges. Prior roles also include Planning, Programming and Research Officer at MAH Centre-Ouest and Social Worker at CSSS Cavendish, with a focus on client assessment and resource orientation. Alison began the social work career as an intern at Agence Ometz and CSSS Cavendish, gaining valuable experience in client management and support. Alison holds a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and a DEC in Law and Society from Dawson College.
