Jody Offermann

Jody Offermann has extensive experience in care coordination and program management within the healthcare and support services sectors. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Wellthy since June 2022, Jody provides comprehensive care plans and administrative support to families nationwide. Prior to this role, Jody spent over two decades at Open Arms Care, progressing through various leadership positions, including Day Services Director and Program Services Director, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing team performance. Early experience includes a role as Driver's Education Coordinator at Goodwill Industries, preparing individuals with disabilities for driving exams. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
