Pedro Cabassa is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Co-Created, a venture studio focused on launching high-impact ventures, Pedro has been an integral part of over 90 successful projects valued at more than $10 billion. As a Certified Trainer at Vjal Institute and the Miami Chapter Lead for Operators Guild, Pedro enhances organizational capabilities and drives innovation. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Wellthy, COO at P3 Global Management, and CEO of Unity Promotores, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Pedro holds an EMBA from INCAE Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
