Rachel Pacheco is a seasoned academic and leader in management and organizational behavior, currently serving as Management Faculty at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and as a Board Member at Vivante Health and Wellthy. Pacheco has authored an Amazon #1 Bestseller and received notable accolades including the Axiom Business Book Award Silver Medal and the Outstanding Work of Literature Award. As the founder of The Michael Project, Pacheco addresses financial and social barriers for college students. With prior faculty roles at The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, Pacheco's research focuses on power and conflict in complex organizations. Pacheco holds a PhD and an MBA from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Georgetown University.
