Steve Melrose

Steve Melrose is an accomplished technical leader and engineer with extensive experience in DevOps, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as a Staff DevOps Engineer at Wellthy since March 2022, Steve leads a team responsible for the application infrastructure and security, notably executing a successful migration to a fully SOC2 compliant AWS environment. As Director of Melrose Digital Ltd since April 2014, Steve specializes in high-performance, web-based systems and automated testing. Previous roles include Principal Engineer at Logistimatics and Lead DevOps Engineer at an unnamed company, focusing on infrastructure design and automation in AWS. Steve's career also includes significant contributions as VP of Engineering at Crowdpac and positions at BSkyB and Orange, among others. Steve holds a BSc in Multimedia Technology from The University of Huddersfield.
