Maria Levchenko

Maria Levchenko has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Maria began their career as an Associate Professor at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia. In 2010, they became the CEO of One's Own Publishing House. In 2012, they became a Software Engineer at Svoi knigi. In 2020, they began working as a Python developer for both Welltory and @Sobakapav.ru.

Maria Levchenko has an extensive educational background. In 2022-2024 they earned a Master's degree in Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in 1992-2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including an IELTS General from IELTS Official in May 2022, and four certifications from Coursera in 2014: An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox.
