Chris Simon

Chris Simon has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Chris started their career as a Financial Analyst at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. in 1995 and worked there until 1998. In 2003, they joined Welltower Inc. and held various positions including Senior Analyst, Vice President - Asset Management, Vice President - Investments, Vice President - Seniors Housing Performance, VP - Advisory Services, and currently serves as VP - Investments, Triple Net.

Chris Simon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Chris further pursued their education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earning an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Corporate Strategy from 2001 to 2003. Prior to their university education, Chris attended St. Francis de Sales School in Toledo, Ohio between 1988 and 1991.
