Jerry Davis

Jerry Davis is an accomplished professional in the real estate and financial sectors, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Welltower™ Inc. since February 2023 and as a Senior Advisor at RET Ventures since March 2022. In addition to these roles, Jerry Davis operates as a self-employed consultant and advisor. Previously, Jerry served as Advisory Director at Investcorp from January 2022 to June 2023, and held various leadership positions at UDR, Inc. from 1989 to 2021, culminating in the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier career experiences include roles at JH Management, SunTrust Bank, and Arthur Young and Company, beginning with a staff auditor position.
