Kyle Breen

Kyle Breen is currently serving as an Associate Project Manager for Capital Projects in the Northeast at Welltower™ Inc. (NYSE: WELL) since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kyle amassed over 12 years of experience at Campus Apartments, holding various positions including Assistant Project Manager for Philadelphia, Capital Projects Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, and Leasing Specialist. Kyle's career began at Abercrombie & Fitch as an Assistant Manager from 2008 to 2013. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rider University (2007-2011) and completed a coding program at Coding Dojo from September 2021 to April 2022.
