Matt Kuc is currently the Manager of Asset Management at Welltower™ Inc. since 2025. Previously, they held various roles at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. from 2018 to 2020, including Credit & Underwriting Senior Associate and Director of Asset Management. Matt gained earlier experience as an intern at THF Realty and The Staenberg Group, and served as a Finance Instructor at the University of Missouri from 2013 to 2014. They earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2014.
