Michael Schneider, CPTD, has extensive experience in talent development and communications, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development & Communications at Welltower™ Inc. since January 2015. In this role, Michael is responsible for leading global talent management programs, developing internal communications strategies, and enhancing Welltower's employer branding. Previous positions include Senior Specialist and Specialist in Talent Management at Welltower, where achievements included implementing performance management and onboarding programs that improved employee engagement and retention. Prior experience includes recruitment and account management roles at endevis and Randstad. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration with dual majors in Professional Sales and Marketing from The University of Toledo and has further education from John Carroll University.
