Michael Crum

Michael Crum serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Wellvana Health since October 2022. Previously, Crum held the position of Legal Counsel at Asurion from March 2021 to October 2022 and worked as a Corporate Attorney at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP from September 2014 to February 2021, focusing on corporate and securities law as well as healthcare. Crum's earlier experience includes summer associate roles at several prestigious law firms and internships in logistics and supply management. Crum earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law and holds a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in Supply Chain Management, International Business, and Classical Civilizations from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Crum is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy.
