Mike Chiswell

Mike Chiswell is a seasoned professional in mental health and wellbeing, currently serving as a Senior Peer Wellbeing Navigator and Lived Experience Advisor at Wellways Australia since April 2022. With a strong background in operations from Apple, spanning from November 2014 to December 2021, Mike held various leadership roles, including People Operations Planner and Lead Experience, where the focus was on implementing people processes and enhancing customer experiences in a flagship store. Prior experience as a Red Frogs Team Leader involved managing volunteer teams to promote safety and mental health among youth at events. Mike holds a Diploma of Education in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions and a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, alongside a Level 2 Certificate in HR and Employment Law.
