Rowena Jonas

Rowena Jonas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mental health reform and lived experience advocacy. Currently serving as a Strategy and Organisational Design Advisor at Wellways Australia, Rowena leads national initiatives, including the statewide rollout of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect Centres and chairs the Community of Practice Family/Carer Workforce Victoria. Rowena has co-authored influential research and has played a pivotal role in influencing state and national mental health policy. As a Senior Consultant, Rowena provides expertise to multiple organizations and serves on the Lived Experience Advisory Committee for APSU. Previous roles include an Interim Regional Body Member for the Victorian Department of Health and a Transition and Program Coordinator at Wellways Australia, where Rowena notably transformed service delivery for the NDIS. Rowena holds a Graduate Certificate in Service Design and a Bachelor of Creative Arts.
