Sarah Ball

Sarah Ball has extensive experience in recruitment and people development, currently serving as the Manager of Recruitment Services at Wellways Australia since February 2019, after holding the role of Recruitment Advisor. Prior to this, Sarah contributed to the International Women's Development Agency as a People and Culture professional from November 2017 to February 2019. Previously, Sarah worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at nlc Pty Ltd from May 2016 to June 2017, and as a Leadership Coach, Professional Development Coordinator, and Trainer at Exa Digital Solutions from June 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities included developing and facilitating various training programs.
