Yusuke Kano

Representative director of the Japan Care Tech Association and joint researcher of the University of Tokyo Institute of Gerontology. Born in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture. After working as an IT consultant in the human resources area at Works Applications Co., Ltd., he joined the human resources department of a company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Over the course of eight months, he volunteered and interviewed at more than 400 nursing care offices from Sendai to Tokyo and Fukuoka. Having an awareness of the challenge of job satisfaction in the field, he founded Welmo in 2013.
