Lingxiao

Lingxiao Ma has extensive work experience in the localization industry. They started their career as a Project Manager at CYMG Media Investment Development Co. Ltd in 2008 and later worked as a Freelance Translator and Global Project Manager at EC Innovations, Inc. They joined Eurotext Translations as a Project Manager in 2012 and then worked as a Localization Project Coordinator for thebigword at Google from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Lingxiao Ma joined Google again as a Localization Project Coordinator on a contract basis. They then transitioned to Welocalize in the same year and held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Operations Team Lead. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing teams, overseeing operations, ensuring on-time delivery and language quality, and working closely with clients.

Lingxiao Ma's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies from Tsinghua University (2003-2007), an M.Phil degree in Translation from Trinity College Dublin (2009-2010), and a brief period of French studies at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III in 2012.
