Dan Marks is a seasoned Creative Talent Specialist with twenty-eight years of experience in the recruitment industry, primarily focused on the creative sector. They founded Scoot Recruit in 2009, where they spent sixteen years cultivating a consultative approach to recruitment before joining Salt Recruitment as a Senior Principal Consultant. Dan's early career included roles at Management Personnel Ltd., Greythorn, and Folio Personnel, where they honed their skills in creative talent acquisition and team leadership. Outside of work, Dan is a devoted father of two teens and a passionate supporter of West Ham United, along with a love for music festivals and technology. They hold a BA (Hons.) in Advertising, Media & Marketing from Bournemouth University.
