Michaela Killick serves as the Director of Cyber & Information Security Recruitment for Salt since March 2020, focusing on addressing the growing demand for cybersecurity talent across the USA. Previously, Michaela held several positions at CyberGuards, including Associate Director and Head of Cyber & Information Security Recruitment, where expertise in recruiting across various security roles was developed. Prior experience includes being a Software Engineering Recruitment Specialist at Stott and May, a Business Intelligence Recruitment Specialist at Infonomics Recruitment, and a Team Leader at Nigel Frank International specializing in Microsoft Dynamics. Michaela's early career involved roles at Darwin Recruitment, where significant contributions were made to IT and Telecoms sector recruitment. Michaela holds a BA HONS degree in Business & Marketing from Solent University, obtained in 2010.
