Simon Grabbe

Simon Grabbe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial excellence and strategic projects. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Excellence and Strategic Projects at Welser Profile since April 2024, Simon oversees areas including strategic marketing, pricing, sustainability strategy, and stakeholder management. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at Simon-Kucher & Partners from December 2017 to April 2024, progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant and ultimately to Senior Manager. Earlier experience includes a trainee position at AXA in the Investment Office from 2015 to 2017, and further professional experience across four companies in three industries from August 2012 to June 2015. Simon holds a Master's degree in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, as well as a Master's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Cologne.
