WelshLee Creative is a science and health content studio specializing in the management and execution of complex, high-stakes editorial projects. We provide research, writing, editing, graphic design and project management services. We help organizations translate complex research and technical information into clear, engaging stories that inform, build trust and move audiences to action.

We partner with hospitals and health systems, scientific and professional associations, nonprofits and foundations and academic institutions that need content to be both accurate and accessible. Our work supports public-facing communication, internal initiatives and large-scale content programs where clarity, consistency and reliability matter.

Our team brings deep subject-matter expertise and a collaborative, people-first approach to every project. With a combined 30 years of experience in science and health communication, we deliver written and visual content across formats, including web pages, service-line libraries, press releases, blogs, reports, conference materials and educational resources.

We do more than draft copy. WelshLee Creative manages the full content lifecycle—from staffing a team, research and interviews, writing, editing, graphic design, SEO considerations and project management. By handling every step of the process, we reduce friction for internal teams and keep projects moving smoothly, on schedule and with minimal revisions.

Our flexible engagement model allows us to be as hands-on or hands-off as needed. Whether you need targeted editorial support or a full organization-wide content overhaul, we assemble the right mix of writers, editors, designers, and project managers to meet your goals.

Founded in 2023 and based in Connecticut, WelshLee Creative works with partners worldwide. If your organization needs a trusted partner to handle complex science and health content with clarity, care and professionalism, we would love to collaborate.
