Tom Charek

Tom Charek is the President of Welty Development Company, a full-service developer focusing on multi-family, corporate, and healthcare opportunities. Tom also serves as a Member of YPO - Cleveland Chapter, Member of the Board of Directors at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio, and Member of the Board of Directors at Rainey Institute. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Tom is the Owner of Charek Development, specializing in suburban multi-family development. Prior to their current roles, Tom served as a Senior Vice President at Pride One Construction and held positions at Geis Companies and Turner Construction Company. Tom obtained their education from the University of Cincinnati.
