Welz Partners is the family office of Gary H. Elzweig, P.E., F.ASCE, a civil-structural engineer with 45+ years of experience building, operating, and scaling businesses across the engineering, construction, and technical services industries.

We partner with owners in these industries who care deeply about their people, clients, culture, and legacy. Coming from the industry ourselves, we bring a deep familiarity with the technical environments in which our partner companies operate. We structure each partnership thoughtfully, supporting growth from the sidelines and helping strong operators enter their next chapter without disrupting the leadership, relationships, and standards that made them successful in the first place.
