Our consultancy is aimed at people and organisations who want to shape today's cities sustainably with an eye on the future.

Learn to master challenges with ease and keep track of the complexity of your tasks. With our expertise and your visions, we will make your city blossom.

At WeMaCo, we make the difference for the challenges of urban transformation. We offer the following services for municipalities, administrations, city councils, political decision-makers, municipal holdings and other actors who want to initiate or expand sustainable transformation in their city: Support in vision and goal-setting processes, advice on the development and implementation of holistic sustainability strategies, development of concepts and individual measures for municipalities or city districts, and project and event management, also with citizen participation.

In addition, with our systemic approach, we offer the actors suitable methods of personal coaching. We thus create a link between individual strengths, skills and motivations and the larger goals of sustainable urban development. We support all stakeholders in their professional development and in building resilience and self-care strategies.

Our personal coaching also helps leaders strengthen their leadership skills, improve their communication skills and develop a clear vision for sustainable development goals. In team building, individuals and teams are guided in dealing with uncertainty in change management.

From personal development to urban design work: with our systemic approach, we look at all levels of transformation in context - for a more liveable future for you and your city.
