Timothée⎽ B.

Timothée B. started their work experience in 2002 as an intern at the Autorité de sûreté nucléaire (ASN). Timothée͏͏­⁠ then worked as an intern at Siemens Medical Solutions in 2005. In 2007, they worked as a software developer for Ingentis, where they completed their Master's thesis. Timothée͏͏­⁠ later worked as a software contractor for Siemens Industry & Automation from 2007 to 2009. At Siemens Healthineers, Timothée B. served as a Technical Lead/Engineering Manager from 2009 to 2012. Timothée͏͏­⁠ joined MATHEMA GmbH in 2012 and held various roles, including Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Head of Agile Consulting, and Chief Learning Officer until 2021. Timothée B. also hosted and curated for SeeCfP and developed and hosted the Software Developer's Journey podcast. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Engineering at WeMaintain, where they are responsible for transitioning and growing the product engineering teams and doubling the team size. Timothée͏͏­⁠ is also involved in redefining roles, setting up a scalable management structure, and remodeling the progression ladder. Additionally, they mentor at The Mentoring Club.

Timothée B. completed their Master's degree in General Engineering, specialized in Software architecture and system integration, from EPF Engineering School between 2001 and 2007. Prior to that, their education history is unknown. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Coaching Professional (CCP) from SkillFront in February 2021, and they earned the Certified Scrum Professional from Agile Alliance in November 2015 and the Certified Scrum Master in September 2010.
