Wen & Co is a boutique business law firm based in Greater KL. We have one focus – our clients' business. We have the depth and breadth of experience to help solve clients' problems. Our unique size and focus give us a strategic edge to be innovative, flexible and efficient.

Besides regulatory compliance and corporate, Wen & Co offers a unique and focused value proposition designed to meet the needs of companies when the growing mandate of the key competition regulator is reshaping the competition landscape in Malaysia. For competition laws, we’ll punch at the weight of the large elite firms, but with the agility and efficiency of a boutique. Our small size will allow us to serve clients in a nimble and intensely client-focused way. We strive to let clients always get the ‘A-team’ at this firm to benefit from our deep experience and insight into current competition enforcement practices and policies. Wen & Co’s bedrocks are our founding principal, Nicole Leong’s, who specialized track records and experience for years in the field of competition law. Before founding this new boutique law firm, Nicole worked as a partner specialising in competition law at Tay & Partners and played an instrumental role in many major and precedent-setting competition matters. Wen & Co continues to strengthen our presence in competition law with the additions of Heng Jia (named Rising Stars under Antitrust & Competition in 2022 and 2023 by Legal500 APAC) as Senior Associate and Darren Lim as Associate. With the new additions to the firm, we will continue to build Wen & Co as a leading boutique law firm in Malaysia.
