Mark Powell

Mark Powell has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Mark started their career in 1993 at Harmon Contract W.S.A., Inc. as an Engineer/Draftsman, where they introduced ACAD12 to the engineering department and produced field and fabrication drawings. In 1995, they joined McClain International, Inc. as an Engineering Manager/Design Engineer, where they introduced AutoCAD R13 & R14 and conducted research on jet engines for FAA-PMA candidates. Mark also performed reverse engineering of OEM jet engine components. Since 2000, Mark has been working at Wencor Group as a Product Development Director, Business Development Manager-Asia, Company FAA-DER. Mark'sresponsibilities include reviewing design data packages prior to submittal to FAA-ACO, issuing FAA Form 8110-9 Statement of Compliance, and reviewing and approving minor drawing changes to FAA-PMA parts.

Mark Powell attended The University of Cincinnati from 1987 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
