Devon Hedge is an experienced executive currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Innovation at The Wendy's Company since January 2025. Previously, Devon held the position of Director Enterprise Strategy at Big Lots from July 2020 to January 2025, where key initiatives included leading the PMO to deliver an enterprise-wide project yielding over $200M in annual benefits. Further experience includes roles at Candid™ as Director of Process Improvement/Operations, TEMPOE as Director IT Business Integration, Mars Petcare US as Project Portfolio Manager, and other leadership positions at SVP Worldwide and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. Devon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with certificates in Business Process Management and Project Leadership.
