Eric Naylor

Eric Naylor has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Manager for Restaurant Technology Implementation and previously as a Project Manager at The Wendy's Company since March 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing the operational integration of digital systems across 6000 locations and improving consumer-facing technologies. Prior to this, Eric held multiple leadership roles at Ovation Brands from 1997 to 2015, including Senior Director of Operations Services & Analysis, where operational systems for up to 700 restaurants were managed. Education includes dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Psychology from Syracuse University.
