Gloria Devine

Gloria Devine is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and business partnership. Currently serving as HR Manager at The Wendy's Company since April 2020, Gloria also held the titles of Senior HR Business Partner for Global Development & International, as well as Senior HR Business Partner for the Denver market, supporting 42 company-owned restaurants. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Regis Corporation, where support was provided to corporate business groups at the Minneapolis headquarters and satellite offices in New York City and Fremont, California. Earlier roles included various HR management positions at Northern Tier Energy and administrative support at the Carlson School of Management. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations and Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
