Jaime Weeks

Jaime Weeks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and training within the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption since March 2024, Jaime has held various leadership roles at The Wendy's Company since November 2019, including Vice President of Canadian Operations and Vice President of Training. Prior experience includes significant positions at FOCUS Brands, where Jaime was Vice President of International Operations and Training, as well as roles at Marine Corps Community Services focusing on employee development for over 500 employees. Previous positions also include management and training roles at Chili's, Fuddruckers, and Red Robin. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University.
