Stacy Moers

Stacy Moers, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for The Wendy's Company since June 2023, focusing on new development. Previously, Stacy held the position of Real Estate Counsel at Claire's, where responsibilities included managing legal aspects for a global retailer. Prior roles also include contract attorney positions at DLA Piper and Thompson Hine LLP, as well as Vice President and Senior Counsel at TD Bank, where management of legal matters related to real estate was a key focus. Additional experience includes corporate counsel work at Charming Shoppes, a sole practitioner in real estate law, and a Senior Associate at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP. Stacy holds a BA in Accounting, cum laude, from Michigan State University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude, from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.
