Wouter Van Linden has extensive experience in human resources and legal consultancy, having served as HR Director and Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at KPMG Belgium from 2012 to 2018. Currently, Wouter is the Owner of Pyxis Consulting GCV and Head of HR at Waterland Private Equity, while also holding advisory roles with Wenite and hrpro.be. Wouter has contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at both UC Leuven-Limburg and Antwerp Management School. With a strong background in employment law, Wouter began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and PwC Legal Belgium, focusing on M&A and company restructuring.
