From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Lead and Data Analyst for Bioforum the Data Masters, where they created an automated pipeline for converting raw data to FDA-approved data standards, wrote core data analysis scripts (in SAS and SQL) for clinical trials, evaluated the results of the medical trial, and performed statistical analysis based on models, graphing, and table production. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant for Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Hila Iarchy obtained a Biotechnology Engineering degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Android Development from Udacity.
