Ilana Keylis

Ilana Keylis has a strong background in customer success and account management. Ilana worked as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Wenrix starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Yotpo from 2020 to 2023, where they specialized in developing strategies for direct-to-consumer brands in the eCommerce space. Before that, they held roles at SimilarWeb, including Senior Corporate Account Manager from 2019 to 2020, where they provided data consultancy and support across various solutions, and Market Intelligence Consultant from 2017 to 2019, where they managed customer engagement and upselling. Earlier in their career, they worked at Songo Media as a Senior Video Account Manager and Media Manager, where they established business relationships and optimized advertising campaigns. Ilana also gained experience as a Sales Analyst at Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. from 2014 to 2015.

Ilana Keylis attended the University of Guelph from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. In May 2020, they also earned a certification in Fundamentals of Search Marketing from Google.
