Oleh Pankiv

Oleh Pankiv has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Oleh started their career at SoftServe in 2008 as a Web UI Support Engineer. Oleh then founded their own company called Juvo, where they served as the Founder and CEO, managing a team and handling client communication. Oleh has also worked at Intellias as a Web developer and later as a Team Lead. At ELEKS Software, they worked as a Project Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of projects for European and US companies. Later, they joined STATR as a CTO. Oleh then worked at Distractify as a Product Manager, responsible for managing a team and generating new ideas to improve the product. At Diligences Inc., they held the role of CTO and System Architect/BA. Oleh also served as the Chief Strategy Officer and CTO at KindGeek. In 2016, Oleh founded AXSYS Inc., where they held the positions of Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of WeOne.

Oleh Pankiv obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management from UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2013 to 2015.
