Allison Ewing

Allison Ewing has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment and acting industries. Allison started their career as an Executive Recruiter at Baystone Partners from April 2004 to January 2009. From October 2010 to September 2013, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Coit Group, where they focused on recruiting passive candidates across various technology sectors. Following this, they joined Lytro as the Head of Recruiting from September 2013 to September 2017. During their time at Lytro, they played a key role in building a strong, diverse culture centered on innovation and collaboration. After leaving Lytro, Allison worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at an early-stage start-up, where they helped founders find top talent and build out recruiting functions.
