Andre Souza

Andre Souza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andre started their career at Wise Up as a Teen Education Coordinator and Instructor, where they not only taught English but also managed the branch, leading a team of 6 teachers and significantly growing the student base. Andre then worked at Amtours DMC - Tour Operator as a Lot Coordinator during the Brazil 2014 World Cup, where they managed a team of 10 members and coordinated transportation for guests attending the games. Andre also worked as a Carpenter at Zeigler and Associates, showcasing their skills in the construction industry. Andre later became a Carpenter at an unspecified company, before transitioning to become a driver for Uber from 2018 until 2021. Currently, Andre serves as a Software Engineer at WePay.

Andre Souza has a diverse educational background in computer software engineering and computer science. In 2020, they completed a Full-Stack Web Development program at App Academy. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they earned a degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo. In 2009, Andre obtained their high school diploma from IPAE, and from 2006 to 2009 they attended Danbury High School, where they focused on high school/secondary diplomas and certificates.

In addition to their formal education, Andre has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Python Data Structures" and "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" courses from Coursera. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained a certification in Android Software Development from Pace University.
