Faraz B. has over two decades of work experience in various roles and companies. Faraz is currently the Managing Director at WePay since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Apple as Platform Engineering for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data from July 2020 to August 2022. Faraz also served as Vice President at American Express from June 2015 to July 2020. Before that, they worked at Ticketmaster as the Director of Engineering from August 2014 to June 2015. Faraz also had a role as Senior Architect Payments and Credit at PayPal from May 2011 to September 2014. Faraz worked as a Managing Consultant at Logicalis from November 2006 to July 2011, and as Director of Engineering at UBS from June 2004 to May 2006. Faraz was the Technical Cofounder at TeleGlobal, where they designed and implemented an online e-commerce and payments solution in 2003. Faraz also worked as a Principal Engineer at National Discount Brokers from August 2001 to October 2003, and in Big Data Engineering at Axis Consulting from October 1997 to August 2001.

Faraz B. obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Karachi University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
