Stephen Briggs

Stephen Briggs has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and engineering. Stephen is currently employed as a Senior Information Security Engineer at WePay, where they are responsible for security operations, event investigations, vulnerability management, and incident response. Prior to WePay, Stephen worked at Zuora as an Information Security Engineer, ensuring compliance with various standards such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and SOC2. Stephen also held roles as an Information Security Analyst at Shutterfly Inc., implementing controls for SOC2 and HIPAA, and as a Security Analyst and Network Operations Engineer at mBlox. In addition, Stephen has experience in customer support engineering, reserve deputy work in search and rescue, and IT engineering roles at County of San Mateo and Canesta, Inc. respectively. Stephen Briggs received their high school diploma from Lakeland High. Stephen then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & History from Michigan State University, which they completed from 1987 to 1992.
