WePRO was founded in early 2017. Since then, WePRO expanded its métier and grew in size to reach eight full-time employees and more than twelve affiliated consultants, technicians and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). WePro also has partnering business endeavors with leading companies in Palestine through traditional partnership, subcontracting, and joint ventures.

Our vision is to deliver effective and timely services that will allow our customers to get one step closer to achieving their business goals by implementing best practices that are tested and proven locally and internationally.

Our mission is to inspire and implement solutions, through our empowered experts, that fuse innovativeness and excellence into successful work practices in order to prevent trying to solve today’s issues with yesterday’s solutions.

Our customers are at the center of what we do.

We value and invest in our employees; as they are the backbone of WePRO.
We strive for excellence through Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
WePRO is committed being a learning organization; thus facilitating learning and development for our human capitol.

We are committed to sustainable solutions.

Our strategy is built on the foundation of our core values. It will drive our successful
development to achieve our long-term vision for WePRO: “To become a local leader in solutions and consultancy services”.

In order to steer the focus of the entire organization towards our strategy and ensure its successful implementation, we have defined three strategic priorities: Outperform – Simplify – Inspire.

The basis for our strategy is a detailed analysis of major long-term market trends in Palestine. We identified three megatrends, which will affect our business over the next years:
consolidation, emerging requirements and speed.
