Global Operations

The Global Operations team at WeQual is responsible for overseeing and implementing scalable gender equality programs across global organizations. This team works collaboratively with top-level executives, such as the Global VP of Risk Management at Indorama Ventures PCL and the Chief Procurement Officer at Essity, to integrate these programs into their companies' existing systems. Their goal is to ensure the effective development and enhancement of gender talent pipelines from mid-management to executive leadership positions, thereby helping organizations achieve their gender targets.
