Benoît De Bruyn

Benoît De Bruyn is an advisor at Wequity and a previous CEO of NEWTREE AMERICA INC. Benoît has also worked as the M&A & Audit Director at Floridienne Group.

Benoît founded, developped and managed the Brussels environmental branch of Jan DE NUL group from 1997 to 1999. As M&A and Internal Auditor at Floridienne, they managed, acquired, controlled and consolidated the financial statements of more than 40 participations in areas from biotechnology to gourmet food.

Benoît De Bruyn received a post-graduate degree in management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Benoît also holds a bio-chemical engineering degree from the Université catholique de Louvain, with a focus in physical chemistry and environmental science. Additionally, they have completed a special cycle in tax system from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
