werchota.ai is a DACH AI boutique consultancy. We help companies move past AI experimentation into adoption that actually lasts.

We're built around the conviction that the best AI doesn't replace people — it hands them back their time and promotes them into the work they were actually meant to do. We don't build dependency. We build your team's mastery, then get out of the way.

Founded by Malcolm Werchota (Principal Partner), Maria Werchota, PhD (Managing Partner), and Tulio Capriles (Commercial Partner). Combined two decades in enterprise transformation across pharma, manufacturing, banking, and the public sector. Teams we've worked with include Nestlé, Roche, Angelini Pharma, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and VDMA.

Our four core services:
→ Inspiration Keynote — live AI on stage with real tools, real demos, real impact
→ Adoption Playbook — mapped use cases, interactive workshop, a playbook ready to act on, in 4 weeks
→ Capability Building — practical AI training for business and technical teams
→ Technical Partnership — we build and deploy AI solutions alongside your team, month after month

Plus: Chief AI Academy (6 cohorts, 90+ alumni), Chief AI Community (free), EU AI Act compliance programs, and foundational tech setup for SMEs whose stack still looks like a Frankenstein.

Use AI to be more human.
