Owen Webber

Owen Webber has extensive experience in the maritime and fuel management industries, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Burando At Sea Ship Management BV since October 2022 and as Managing Director and Founder of WeRefuel since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Owen founded and held the position of Managing Director at Oilchart Offshore from March 2014 to May 2022 and managed supplies at V Marine Fuels from May 2010 to March 2014. Earlier career milestones include roles in various capacities at Shell UK, Shell Shipping and Trading, and Shell Ship Management Ltd, culminating in a position as Deck Officer. Owen Webber holds a BSc (Hons) in Marine Operations from the University of Newcastle and Northumbria.
