Sven Steps is currently serving as Projectmanager Sustainability at Wereldhave since April 2024. Previously, Sven held the position of Sustainability Manager at Aroundtown Management NL from February 2022 to April 2024, contributing to one of Europe's largest commercial real estate companies. From May 2016 to February 2022, Sven worked at Kernwaarde Groen B.V. as both Construction Manager and Advisor Sustainable Real Estate, overseeing significant projects such as the Hirsch building and the redevelopment of Leidsekade Amsterdam. Sven began a career in sustainable real estate as a part-time Advisor while simultaneously pursuing a Master's degree in Urban Systems and Real Estate at Eindhoven University of Technology, following a Bachelor's degree in Geography, Planning, and Environment from Radboud University. Educational background also includes VWO from Graaf Huyn College.
