Andy Stephens

Andy Stephens is the National Director of Corporate Accounts at Werfen since October 2022. Previously, Andy held several positions at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics from November 2007 to October 2022, including Senior Area Sales Manager for Primary Care Diagnostics, where leadership was provided to a team of Distributor Sales Executives. Andy also served as Senior National Director of Strategic Accounts, managing a team responsible for generating over $200M in annual revenue, and as Regional Sales Manager, focusing on customer retention and talent development. Earlier, Andy was the Laboratory Director at Mountain Vista Medical Center and Tucson Heart Hospital, overseeing various clinical laboratory operations. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Healthcare Management and a BS in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Pima Medical Institute.
