Anna Soto is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and customer service. Currently serving as an EDI Project Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Manager at Werfen since December 2008, Anna has excelled in coordinating departmental functions, managing orders, resolving issues, and enhancing communication with both internal and external clients.
